At 321, we often get asked \u201cwhich CRM should I use?\u201d And, like most great questions, there\u2019s no easy answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, in this post we\u2019ll share some of our lessons learned (often the hard way!) from our experience implementing a variety of CRM, marketing automation and sales pipeline management tools and tech stacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before you get to the question of \u201cwhich CRM\u201d, you should think about \u201cwhen\u201d. Timing matters. We see many companies either invest too early, or far too late \u2013 and both of those scenarios are problematic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
