What support does 321 offer during program delivery?

We’ve been doing this for years, so we know how to make your experience as seamless as possible. We’ll set you up with access to our online curriculum materials and calendar bookings for your team deep dive sessions with your dedicated 321 facilitator. Plus, we’ll help you stay accountable—you’ll set your goals and we’ll help you hit them.

How are 321 programs delivered?

They’re a mix of virtual live sessions where our 321 facilitators meet with your team, along with on-demand content you can review and digest at your convenience. At the outset of our work together we’ll figure out a cadence that works for you, but we typically recommend at least every two weeks to keep up the pace of learning and progress. There is also work you’ll need to do between sessions (at your convenience). You should budget about four hours per week for it, depending on your specific challenges & learning goals.

How experienced is 321 at training sales & marketing teams?

Very. In fact, we’ve helped over 500 companies transform their sales and marketing over the last decade. We know what works, what doesn’t, and how to make sure our clients get the impact they need. One key learning? You need to work on your business during the course, not after. Theory is important. Results are critical. So, we get you right to work from the first week.

How much do 321 programs cost?

Your investment will be driven by the amount of effort that’s required to understand your challenges (including what’s working and what’s not) and to get your team where they need to be from a skills and alignment perspective. That said, pricing typically ranges from $4000-$10,000 depending on the size of your team and scope of your challenges. Please note: Some of our programs are eligible for government grants.

Do you have any metrics that prove your programs work?

Funny you should ask. Here are the numbers: 80% of our alumni companies reported growth in revenue. 30% of those reported actually doubling their revenues. We also have an 81 Net Promoter Score, which is world class. And here’s one more: when you take our program, we’re 100% focused on helping your business grow and succeed.

Will I be put into a class or cohort with other companies?

No—this is a private, bespoke experience for your team and your team only. 100% of our time together is focused on your challenges and leveling up your team.

Who should join the program from my team?

Growth is a team sport. Anyone on your team that has a role in driving revenue and growth should attend. That means both sales and marketing team members but also your relevant executives and customer success teams (who can upsell and ensure customer retention). One of our major areas of focus is getting your entire company aligned for growth which is why broader attendance is optimal. When you all pull in the same direction, you grow faster.

I’m not experienced in marketing or sales. Is this program for me?

Absolutely. We work with everyone from C-level sales and marketing executives to technical founders and experts to junior team members who are just getting their feet underneath them. We try to demystify marketing and sales and get down to the practical things you and your team can do today to make a difference for your business.
